In order to make sure everyone we contact gets a QSL card, we ask your consideration of following :
For U.S. Stations
Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) with your card;
For Non U.S. Stations
Please include a self-addressed envelope (SAE) and one/1 IRC for return postage.
** No return envelope will result in no return. **
Plase DO NOT:
1) send your QSL to the bureau as it may take forever.
2) send address labels only instead of SAE.
3) use old IRC's but the latest IRC's (properly stamped on the left side only). (Old ones may not be accepted at some USPS offices.)
I do not think I am able to return my card to those who send me a card with no SASE/SAE-IRC, which please understand.
